Cancellation policy

We would like your experience with us to be pleasant and hassle-free from the very beginning. If your plans change, the following conditions apply:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the tour.
• For cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour start time, we may not be able to offer a full refund, as group sizes are limited and last-minute cancellations are often difficult to fill.
• No refunds can be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour starts or in the case of a no-show.
• If we have to cancel the tour due to adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, you will, of course, receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
