Hello and a warm welcome to Irish Spirit!

Ireland has always been THE country for me, and after many years of traveling and building friendships in the southwest, I decided in the summer of 2025 to take the plunge and move to West Cork.

I hope West Cork will captivate you as well — with its breathtaking scenery, warm-hearted people, and ancient sites that modern archaeology has yet to fully uncover.

During my training as a Regional Tour Guide and in Irish Heritage and Culture at Kerry College, I learned how to organize tours and, above all, how to guide guests safely and professionally. In my previous professional role, I worked in event organization for a non-profit organization in Switzerland. As a coach, I also supported people through change processes on a part-time basis. I was always interested in archaeology and history, especially about Ireland. The more I see and learn, the more I feel humble about the rich past of this beautiful country.

My greatest "hobby" remains exploring Ireland, discovering new things, and connecting with the people who live and work here. I love languages; as a Swiss national, I speak French and Italian in addition to German. After all, language and interaction with others build bridges between individual worlds. And as Irish say: Come as a stranger, leave as a friend.
